US Marshals searching for man previously convicted of mailing pipe bomb

PITTSBURGH — The U.S. Marshals Service of Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force is searching for a federal parole violator who was previously convicted of sending a pipe bomb through the mail that exploded in a local postal center.
