Vandals caught on camera keying cars, slashing tires in Greensburg

GREENSBURG, Pa. — Authorities are searching for two men who were caught on camera vandalizing vehicles in Greensburg.

Nearly a dozen vehicles on Brow Avenue were carved with keys or had their tires slashed, police said.

Cameras outside of Cerra Automotive caught the vandals in the act. The owners said three of their customers’ tires were slashed.

The owners said from the business side, it’s going to cost them hundreds to replace and repair the damage. As for residents, they told Channel 11 News that it’s a frustrating inconvenience.

"It's a shame. This is the first time this ever happened. It's a quiet neighborhood, don't bother anybody,” victim Kerry Krause said.

Anyone who has information about the vandalism spree is asked to contact police.
