WESTMORELAND COUNTY, Pa. - Shortly after 2 a.m. on Saturday, a vehicle was traveling east on Route 380 when it left the roadway and crashed into a home at 556 Route 380, said Washington Township police.
Police said at the time of the accident, the home was occupied by a child and his mother, neither of whom were hurt.
According to police, the female driver of the vehicle was taken to the hospital by emergency medical services, and may be charged with driving under the influence along with several other charges.
Police are investigating the accident.
