NEW CASTLE — A woman was rescued from her vehicle after a four-car accident in New Castle Tuesday morning.

According to New Castle Police, the woman was driving down a hill on East Washington Street when she ran into the back of a tractor trailer. The impact caused her car to veer off the road, go airborne and crash into a parked car. Her vehicle then rolled onto its roof.
