Bolts' Chambers Sits Against Patriots

San Diego, CA -- (Sports Network) - San Diego Chargers wide receiver Chris Chambers was inactive for Sunday's 30-10 thrashing of the New England Patriots due to a sprained ankle.

Chambers was injured in last Sunday's 17-10 setback to the Miami Dolphins and was doubtful for the game after not participating in practice this week. The veteran wideout was tied for the league lead with five touchdown receptions entering Week 6.

Linebacker Jyles Tucker, who also was listed as doubtful but with a hamstring injury, was also inactive.
