(Sports Network) - The Pittsburgh Penguins signed forward Keven Veilleux to a three-year entry-level contract on Saturday.

Veilleux, who was the Pens' second-round choice in the 2007 draft, split this past season with Rimouski and Victoriaville in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. He accumulated 64 points (17 goals, 47 assists) in 61 games in the regular-season, adding three goals and four assists in nine playoff games.

The 6-foot-5, 200-pounder joined Pittsburgh's AHL affiliate in Wilkes- Barre/Scranton back in April.
