Propane Truck Causes Bridge To Collapse

SPRING HILL TWP., -- A truck carrying propane caused a bridge to collapse in Fayette County.The vehicle fell 15 feet into the creek below, prompting emergency crews to mobilize a team to clean up the mess.The driver of the truck was not injured and his cargo did not explode.Some of the propane leaked, but not enough to cause a hazmat situation.Everyone at the scene of the accident agreed that the incident could have been a lot worse.The bridge that crosses onto Larman Hill Road will be closed until repairs are made.
