PITTSBURGH -- Deshea Townsend’s Pay It Forward Foundation Health Fair and Football Camp

WHERE: Greentree Sportsplex, 600 Iron City Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15205

WHEN: Saturday, June 6th, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Pittsburgh Steelers defensive back, Deshea Townsend and his Pay it Forward Foundation will host a fundamental football skills clinic coupled with a leadership academy, open to youth in the 2nd through 12th grades. The Pay It Forward Community Health Fair will run in conjunction with the camp. Local healthcare providers will be on site distributing information on several widespread health issues. Free screenings for select medical conditions will be given on-site to attendees. The health fair is FREE and open to the public of all ages.

Townsend, along with several of his Steelers’ teammates will personally facilitate several areas of the football camp. More than just a standard skills clinic, the camp’s objective is to provide a safe environment while promoting good sportsmanship, academic success, and leadership skills.
