BURGETTSTOWN, Pa. -- Concert goers at the Post-Gazette Pavilion in Burgettstown should prepare themselves for a muddy good time this weekend.Dave Matthews Band is playing at the pavilion Friday and Saturday.The concert always draws a group of people on the lawn.Officials fear the expected rain could cause flooding there.
