Or click on the Bradley Michaels Direct/Rowe Fine Furniture, Inc. mention in the "Special Offers" section of the home page. Click on the prompt or ad to reach the sweepstakes entry site. Submit your living room photo and enter your name, address (including city, state and zip), email address, birth date and daytime telephone number (including area code) on the Sweepstakes online entry form. Submit your entry by clicking on the "Click Here to Enter" button. You may enter as many times as you like but only one (1) prize per person. Multiple entries by means of software generated or other automated processes will be disregarded.

Administrator will randomly select one winner on or about Monday, December 1, 2008, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The entry pool for the Grand Prize drawing will consist only of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries received after 11:59 p.m. (E.S.T.) on November 30, 2008 will not be accepted.

Administrator and/or Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Administrator. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted shall be determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, and Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes. PRIZE DESCRIPTIONS: One Grand Prize winner will receive a Clayton Marcus fully upholstered, eight-way, hand-tied, customized sofa and chair (Style Number 3189-02 and #3189-06) in your choice of fabric (up to Grade 5) and any choice of wood finish. (Please note that special order items could take up to eight to ten weeks for delivery.) The Approximate Retail Value of this Prize Package is Three Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars ($3,999.00). Prize must be claimed by April 30, 2009 or it will remain the property of the Sponsor and will not be awarded.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each prize drawing.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE: Administrator will attempt to notify the winner by phone (correct daytime phone number, including area code, must be provided in all entry materials), during regular business hours, within five days following the Grand Prize drawing. A confirmation letter will follow phone notification. Administrator's inability to reach a winner and/or return of prize notification as undeliverable may, at the sole discretion of Administrator, result in that winner's disqualification. PARTICIPATION; ERROR/FRAUD/MALFUNCTION: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. Sponsor, in its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any person found tampering with the entry process or the operation of the web site or otherwise found in violation of these Official Rules. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Administrator, which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes.
