Amcom's "Panera Office Party Contest"

Official Rules & Regulations
  1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. NO SUBMISSION TO A SALES PRESENTATION REQUIRED. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
  2. ELIGIBILITY: ELIGIBILITY: Amcom's "Panera Office Party Contest" ("Contest") is sponsored by Amcom and Panera Bread ("Sponsors") and administered by WPXI, Inc. ("Administrator"). To enter, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and you must legally reside in the following Pennsylvania counties: Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Washington and Westmoreland. Also, to be eligible to receive a prize, you must be employed at a business office and must receive delivery of the prize at that office, as further described in the "Prize Description" paragraph, below.

    Employees of Amcom and Panera Bread, WPXI, Inc., Cox Broadcasting, Inc., the National Broadcasting Company, and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, such employees, are not eligible to participate or to win.

  3. ENTRY AND WINNER SELECTION: The entry period for the Contest will begin at 12:01 a.m. (E.T.) on Tuesday, September 25, 2007 and end at 11:59 p.m. (E.T.) on Sunday, March 30 2008 (the "Contest Period"). To enter:

    Visit www.WPXI.com or www.Pittsburgh.com and look for Amcom's "Panera Office Party Contest" prompt or ad. Click on the prompt or ad to reach the Contest entry site. Answer the survey questions and enter your name, address (including city, state and zip), age, email address, birth date and daytime telephone number (including area code) on the Contest online entry form. Submit your entry by clicking on the "Click Here to Enter" button. All survey questions must be answered, and all required information completed, for your entry to be eligible. You may enter as many times as you like but only one (1) prize per person. Multiple entries by means of software generated or other automated processes will be disregarded.

    The Contest will consist of six (6) monthly drawings. In each drawing, Administrator will randomly select two (2) Winners from among all eligible entries received for that drawing. To be eligible for a particular month's drawing, your entry must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. (E.T.) the day before the applicable drawing date. The drawing dates are as follows: October 22, 2007, November 26, 2007, December 24, 2007, January 28, 2008, February 25, 2008 and March 31, 2008. The entry pool for each drawing will be cumulative, so by entering once your entry will be eligible for all subsequent monthly drawings.

    Administrator and/or Sponsors will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Administrator. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted shall be determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, and Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Contest. All entries become the property of Administrator and Sponsors and will not be returned.

  4. PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Each Winner will receive lunch and assorted Panera Bread products for up to 50 people. Amcom will have lunch delivered on a mutually acceptable date within two weeks of winner notification. Deliveries will only be made to a business office. Retail value of each prize package is Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($450.00).
  5. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE: Amcom will attempt to notify each Winner by phone (correct daytime phone number, including area code, must be provided in all entry materials), during regular business hours, within twenty-four (24) hours following the applicable prize drawing. A confirmation e-mail will follow phone notification. Administrator's inability to reach a Winner and/or return of a Winner's prize notification as undeliverable may, at the sole discretion of Administrator, result in that Winner's disqualification. Each Winner may waive his/her right to receive a prize. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are nonassignable and nontransferable. Any prize not claimed by an eligible winner within four weeks after the applicable drawing date in accordance with these Official Rules it will remain the property of the Sponsors and will not be awarded. If a Winner is disqualified, Administrator may, but is not obligated to, select an alternative or substitute winner. No substitutions or transfers of prize by Winners are allowed. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for payment of any taxes on prize. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) before receiving prize. Failure to sign the affidavit and release, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may, at the sole discretion of Administrator, result in a winner's disqualification and the forfeiture of his/her interest in the prize. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes each Winner's consent to the publication of his/her name, voice, likeness, image, biographical information, and hometown in any media (including broadcast, print, and other media) for any commercial or promotional purpose without limitation or further compensation. To receive a copy of these Official Rules or the winners' names (available after each drawing), please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Amcom's "Panera Office Party Contest," Official Rules Request or "Winners List Request" (as applicable), 4145 Evergreen Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15214. Please allow three weeks for delivery. Official Rules are also available on the Contest entry site which is accessible via the Administrator's websites (www.WPXI.com and www.Pittsburgh.com).
  7. PARTICIPATION; ERROR/FRAUD/MALFUNCTION: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsors. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. Sponsors, in their sole discretion reserve the right to disqualify any person found tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Adminstrator's websites or otherwise found in violation of these official rules. In the event the Contest is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Administrator, which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Administrator reserves the right to award the prize based on the entries received before the termination date.
  8. CONSTRUCTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant and Sponsors and/or Administrator, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Pennsylvania, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Pennsylvania. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
  9. SPONSORS: Amcom's "Panera Office Party Contest" is sponsored by Amcom and Panera Bread and administered by WPXI, Inc. Administrator and/or Sponsors will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Contest.
