Bettis' New Book Dishes On Coach, Fans

'The Bus' Talks About Anger With Fans, Frustration With Cowher

NBC commentator and former Steeler Jerome Bettis is letting it all out in a new book entitled "The Bus."

He revealed everything from his anger at Steelers fans to frustration with former Coach Bill Cowher.

The Bus talked about a loss in 2005 to Jacksonville when he said he didn't get enough carries and was fuming at Cowher.

"...This was Bussie time. This was when Coach Cowher would usually call on me to get the tough yards. So I waited, and waited, and waited some more for him to send me into the game. But Coach Cowher didn't motion for me to go into the game. He motioned for Willie. Never in 10 seasons I had played for Coach Cowher had I felt betrayed like this..."

Steelers fans can catch The Bus and the entire NBC Sports crew on Sunday when the Steelers take on the Philadelphia Eagles.

That game can be seen on WPXI.

Watch a special pre-game edition of the Black and Gold Zone at 7 p.m., followed by kickoff at 8 p.m.
