Skylights Football Forecaster

Chartiers Valley at Thomas Jefferson -- The 6-1 Chartiers Valley Colts are having a very good year, losing only to Montour. The undefeated 7-0 Thomas Jefferson Jaguars are again having a great year. Look for a terrific game in which Chartier Valley will give TJ all they can handle; however, TJ wll prove too strong and win.

Blackhawk at Montour -- The Blackhawk Cougars are 6-1, and the Montour Spartans are 7-0. This is a difficult one to pick, but I'll take the visiting Blackhawk Cougars over the Montour Spartans.

Upper St. Clair at McKeesport -- Upper St. Clair is 5-2 and McKeesport is 6-1. Excellent match-up! The visiting USC Panthers will come to play, but the McKeesport Tigers will play faster and win.

East Allegheny at Jeannette -- East Allegheny is 6-1, and Jeannette is 7-0. Jeannette has Tyrell Pryor. Jeannette and Pryor will win.

Steel Valley at South Fayette -- The Steel Valley Ironmen are 7-0, and the South Fayette Lions are 6-1. Another great match-up! South Fayette is coming off its first loss last week to Seton LaSalle, a team Steel Valley beat earlier in the year. I'll take Steel Valley over South Fayette.

West Allegheny at New Castle -- The West Allegheny Indians are 3-4, winning their last 2 games impressively. The 5-2 New Castle Red Hurricanes defeated Hopewell last Friday. Look for the home Red Hurricanes to win again.

Seneca Valley at Shaler -- Shaler lost for the first time last week to North Allegheny. Seneca Valley has won twice since losing to NA. Seneca is playing well, but the Shaler Titans will rebound at home and defeat the Seneca Valley Raiders.

Bethel Park at Mt. Lebanon -- Bethel Park is the best 4-3 team in the WPIAL. They've lost their 3 games by a combined 7 points. Mt. Lebanon is also at 4-3, losing their 3 games by considerable margins. History tells me that Mt. Lebanon doesn't lose many at home, but they will this week. Bethel Park over Mt. Lebanon!
