PITTSBURGH -- Max Talbot returned to the lineup Sunday night as the Penguins faced the Philadelphia Flyers in game two of their Eastern Conference Finals.The Penguins won the first game 4-2, behind two goals from Evgeni Malkin.With a little more than nine minutes left in the first period, the Penguins cashed in on the power play. Sidney Crosby put a shot in from a sharp angle, putting the Penguins up 1-0.In the second period, Jeff Carter tied the game with a power play goal from in front of Marc-Andre Fleury.The special teams continued to play a big role throughout the period. Marian Hossa answered the Flyers goal with a power play goal of his own in the second period to put the Penguins up 2-1.Mike Richards responded for the Flyers. With less than 30 seconds left in the second period and the Penguins on the power play, Mike Richards stole the puck and scored on a breakaway to tie the game at 2-2.Max Talbot made his return count in the third period. With a little more than 11 minutes left, Talbot took a feed in front of the net and blasted it past Biron to put the Penguins up 3-2.The Penguins defense made it hold up when Jordan Staal scored an empty net goal.The Pens won 4-2 to take a 2-0 lead in the best of 7 series.Game three is Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia.
