ELIGIBILITY: "Black & Gold Pizza Hut Party Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Pizza Hut ("Sponsor") and administered by WPXI ("Administrator"). To enter, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and you must legally reside in the State of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio or West Virginia. Employees of Pizza Hut, WPXI, Inc., Cox Broadcasting, Inc., the National Broadcasting Company, and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, such employees, are not eligible to participate or to win.

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 AM (ET) on Tuesday, September 2, 2008 and has now been extended to 11:59 PM on Tuesday, December 30, 2008, (the "Sweepstakes Period"). To enter:

Visit www.wpxi.com or www.pittsburgh.com and look for the "Black & Gold Pizza Hut Party Sweepstakes" prompt or ad. Click on the prompt or ad to reach the Sweepstakes entry site. Enter your name, address (including city, state and zip), age, e-mail address, birth date and daytime telephone number (including area code) on the Sweepstakes online entry form. Submit your entry by clicking on the "Click Here to Enter" button. You may enter as many times as you like but only one (1) prize per person will be awarded. Multiple entries by means of software generated or other automated processes will be disregarded.

WEEKLY DRAWINGS: Each Wednesday during the Sweepstakes Period, beginning on Wednesday, September 3, 2008, Administrator will randomly select one (1) entry from among all eligible online entries received in the Sweepstakes as of 11:59 PM (ET) the preceding Tuesday. Each Weekly Drawing pool will consist of entries received between 12:01 AM on Tuesday, September 2, 2008 and 11:59 PM (ET) on the Tuesday of the particular Weekly Drawing. Weekly drawings will be conducted on the following Wednesdays: September 3, September 10, September 17, September 24, October 1, October 8, October 15, October 22, October 29, November 5, November 12 and November 19.

Additional weekly drawing dates have been added: November 25, December 2, December 9, December 16, December 23 and December 30, 2008.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Each Weekly Grand Prize Winner will receive a One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) Pizza Hut Gift Certificate. The retail value of each Weekly Prize is One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).

Administrator and/or Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Administrator. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted shall be determined by Administrator in their sole discretion, and Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Administrator and Sponsor and will not be returned.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning a particular prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable prize drawing.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE: Administrator will attempt to notify each winner by phone (correct phone number, including area code, must be provided in all entry materials), during regular business hours, within five (5) days following the applicable drawing. Winners will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) as a condition of receiving prize. Upon receipt of a winner's signed affidavit/release, Administrator will arrange for delivery of that winner's Prize. The Administrator's inability to reach a winner, the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, a winner's failure to timely respond to prize notification, and/or a winner's failure to sign any required affidavit or release or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may, at the sole discretion of Administrator, result in that winner's disqualification and the forfeiture of his/her interest in the prize. Winners may waive their right to receive a prize. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are nonassignable and nontransferable. Any prize(s) not claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will remain the property of the Administrator and will not be awarded. If a winner is disqualified or declines his or her prize, Administrator may, but shall not be obligated to, select a substitute winner from among all remaining eligible entries. No substitutions or transfers of prizes by winners are allowed. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Administrator reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for payment of any taxes on prizes. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner's consent to the publication of his/her name, voice, likeness, image, biographical information, and hometown in any media (including broadcast, print, and other media) for any commercial or promotional purpose without limitation or further compensation. PARTICIPATION; ERROR/FRAUD/MALFUNCTION: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. The Sponsor and Administrator, in their sole discretion reserve the right to disqualify any person found tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Adminstrator's websites or otherwise found in violation of these official rules. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Administrator, which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Administrator reserves the right to award the prize based on the entries received before the termination date.

CONSTRUCTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant and Sponsors and/or Administrator, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Pennsylvania, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Pennsylvania. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
