Hearing Postponed For Pitt's Rutherford
Witness Reportedly Falls Ill

PITTSBURGH -- A hearing for Pittsburgh Panthers' quarterback Rod Rutherford has been postponed.That's because the woman accusing him of assaulting her is ill.Rutherford is charged with kicking out a car window and assaulting the woman outside a nightclub in September.Rutherford has said the woman threw a glass at him in the parking lot.He admitted to breaking the window, but said he never assaulted the woman.The hearing is rescheduled for Feb. 6.
