The University of Pittsburgh lined up a daunting football schedule for 2018.
The Panthers face four opponents who finished in the top 13 of the final 2017 Associated Press poll, two of them on the road.

They open the season on Sept. 1 with Albany, then host No. 8 Penn State at Heinz Field on Sept. 8, the last scheduled meeting between the teams in Pittsburgh.
Tough road trips to No. 6 UCF and No. 11 Notre Dame are sandwiched around a visit from Syracuse, and the Panthers wrap up the season on the road at No. 13 Miami.
