ACCOUNTING, OFFICE ADMINISTRATION Billing/HR CoordinatorWPXI has an immediate opportunity in our business office for a Billing and Human Resources Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for client billing and log reconciliations; maintaining personnel information in PeopleSoft HRIS; orienting new employees; explaining benefits and company policies. Must have excellent communication skills and a positive approach to problem resolution.Must exhibit teamwork and confidentiality in working with staff and management. Must respond quickly to employee benefit questions and facilitate the resolution of benefit issues. Ensures compliance with EEOC requirements and other duties as assigned. Ability to multi-task and demonstrated organizational capabilities are imperative.OSI experience required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on Word and Excel, also required.Prior experience in a detail-oriented capacity, with previous HR experience and a College degree preferred.Please submit resume and letter of interest to:Ann Glausser, Controller.

Broadcast TechnicianPart-time broadcast technician needed to work in fast paced, highly automated broadcast facility. Experience in: broadcast automation, servers, satellite ingest, and automated newscast production is highly desired. The ideal candidate is computer savvy, works well under pressure, adapts to multiple changes with expert competency, has the ability to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy, and wants to be a part of a highly skilled team. Must be a hands-on leader who likes being in the newsroom more than in an office. We are winning in some newscasts but not all. Help us make it a clean sweep. Must have 10 to 12 years of newsroom experience with 3 to 5 years of management experience. Prefer N.D. experience in medium market or larger.
