The soft-spoken safety was a guest on NBC's "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon," where he talked about a partnership he has with Head And Shoulders to help U.S. veterans.

"Head and Shoulders and I are teaming up with Operation Once In a Lifetime, which is like a Make-a-Wish for soldiers that are coming home from overseas, for veterans," said Polamalu. "And we do everything from helping a soldier with his daughter that's sick from a blood disease, as well as helping somebody start a new album."

Before the show was over, Polamalu ran some tackling drills with Fallon, who commented that he was, in fact, taller than Polamalu.
