Portions Of Parkway East, Route 28 Under Construction This Weekend

PITTSBURGH -- Crews will be working on the inbound Parkway East off-ramp to Grant Street on Saturday from 7 a.m. to noon. The left lane on the ramp will be closed. Drivers should expect delays.Also this weekend, traffic on southbound Route 28 will be reduced to a single lane from the Etna Interchange to the Millvale Interchange from 7 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday. Northbound Route 28 will not be affected by this work.
