Power Outages Impact Rush Hour Traffic

PITTSBURGH -- A power outage impacted Thursday's evening commute for drivers that use the Fort Pitt Tunnels and the West End Circle.Duquesne Light officials said a piece of equipment failed around 4:30 p.m. Thursday.Crews said most of the West End residents had service restored within the hour.The Fort Pitt Tunnel lights and the affected Mt. Washington residents should have service back on by 6:15 p.m.
