Denver Opens First Pot Smoking Social Club
Denver’s first marijuana smoking club opened on New Year’s Eve.
The owners say the passing of Colorado’s Amendment 64 makes their club legal.
Police say they are waiting for guidance from the city attorney to see if this new kind of organization is in violation of any laws.
