The President of the European Central Bank, Mario Draghi, told an audience at the World Economic Forum in Davos on Friday (January 25) that he expects the euro zone to recover in the second half of 2013. He added that improvements in the financial markets have not yet tricked down into the real economy. He said that the process of European reintegration regained momentum for the first time in 2012.
