Man Threatens To Blow Up Liberty Bell
Philadephia police arrested a man who they say threatened to blow up the Liberty Bell.
Cops say that on saturday, Carlos Balsas entered the Liberty Bell Center and told security guards that he had explosives in his bags. No explosives were found.
Balsas is charged with making terrorist threats.
