Sandy Victims Left Freezing In Makeshift Tents
It has been months since Hurricane Sandy destroyed parts of the tri-state area. Yet for many residents waiting for their homes to be rebuilt, they are left out in the cold, sleeping in make-shift tents while the temperatures dip below freezing.
