Must-See Pic: Stanley Cup Paraded Through Grocery Store In Shopping Cart

Posted: 5:25 pm EDT July 14, 2009Updated: 6:42 pm EDT July 15, 2009

Pittsburgh Penguins' fan favorite Bill Guerin was spotted at the Market District Giant Eagle in the South Hills on Saturday.

A fan sent this photo to WPXI.com's See and Be Seen and said Guerin was pushing the Stanley Cup through the store in a shopping cart!

Did you see Guerin and the cup?

NOTE: Thanks to one of See and Be Seen's loyal Twitter followers, we learned that it was allegedly Penguins' trainer Frank Buonomo with the cup, and not Guerin. (According to cup keeper Phil Pritchard)

Guess it's all part of mystery/charm of the cup!
