PITTSBURGH -- Live Nation, the world’s largest live music company, and First Niagara Bank, a community oriented bank with 171 branches across Upstate New York and Western Pennsylvania, announced on Monday a multi-year agreement that gives First Niagara Bank the naming rights to the former Post-Gazette Pavilion in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania. The amphitheater is now called the First Niagara Pavilion.

“As First Niagara expands here in Western Pennsylvania, we are delighted to assist in providing the people in our market with world class entertainment,” said Todd Moules, First Niagara regional president. “We are excited to partner with Live Nation to continue to bring the people of Western Pennsylvania big name concerts at First Niagara Pavilion.”

The agreement will enable First Niagara Bank to offer its customers special promotions on tickets, in-bank contests, venue and highway signage and a First Niagara Family Zone on the lawn.

“First Niagara Bank recognizes that our live music platform is a unique and powerful way to reach their customers and drive their business,” said Maureen Ford, Live Nation president of North America music sales. “We look forward to working alongside them as we launch an exciting summer concert season at the venue.”

Also Monday, Live Nation and First Niagara Pavilion announced the Baierl Chevrolet.com Country Megaticket. Each Megaticket includes one concert ticket to seven of the hottest country artists performing this summer at First Niagara Pavilion. The Baierl Chevrolet.com Megaticket will go on sale Feb. 12 at 10 a.m. and will be only available at www.megaticket.com for a limited time only.
