THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF WESTERN MARYLAND...EAST
CENTRAL OHIO...SOUTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA AND WEST VIRGINIA...

* FROM 8 PM EDT THIS EVENING THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING

* AN APPROACHING FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL BRING MODERATE TO HEAVY
RAIN ACROSS THE WATCH AREA. LOCALIZED RAINFALL TOTALS OF 1 TO 2
INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE...WHICH COULD CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS AS WELL AS IMPACTS TO ROADS.
