PITTSBURGH — You'll need to layer up again before you head out the door early Wednesday, as wind chills dip near freezing.
Gusty winds of 20 mph to 30 mph will stick around through the afternoon, making it feel cool through the day.
A few very isolated showers will move through the area, with the best chance north of Pittsburgh.
