PITTSBURGH — Autumn may have started last Friday, but it has felt more like summer. Since the start of September, there have been more 80-degree days than much of anything else.
Pittsburgh has also recorded only two 90-degree days this year and one of them was this month. Don't get used to this heat, though, because big changes will be moving in soon.

A cold front will cross the WPXI-TV viewing area Friday, taking the 80s and humidity and replace it with 60s and more comfortable conditions.
Wet weather will also accompany the front. Showers are expected to move into western Pennsylvania by late Friday morning. Anything that does fall will be beneficial since much of September has been dry.
