Snow flurries will cross the region overnight as another weak disturbance pushes through the area.

A few locations may see up to coating, some select spots in the north and east may see a bit more, and a few inches are possible in the snow belt just south of Lake Erie.

A stronger wave will plow through later Monday evening and early on Tuesday, perhaps an inch or so of snow in the southern counties. A few inches are possible along Interstate 80, where a winter storm watch begins Monday evening and runs through Wednesday afternoon due to strong lake effect snow showers.

Severe Weather Team 11 will be adjusting the precise timing and the snow amounts on Channel 11 Morning News.

Another blast of even colder air will keep highs in the 20s on Wednesday with lows in the teens.
