Remnants of Tropical Storm Bertha could bring heavy rain Thursday

PITTSBURGH — Rain could be heavy at times early Thursday, as the remnants of Tropical Storm Bertha move through the area.

The steadiest rain will fall through mid morning, before tapering to scattered showers through the afternoon. An isolated storm will also be possible.
