International cuisine, art highlighted at ‘World Square’ in Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH — The “World Square Event” has returned to Pittsburgh.

The event is held in Market Square and returned on Friday. It will run through back-to-back weekends, ending on June 11.

Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership designed the event to showcase Pittsburgh’s international and immigrant communities.

The event features food, music, art, dance and music from over 30 different communities.

Anyone who would like to visit the World Square can do so for free.
