Sarris Candies and Schneiders Dairy have outdone themselves with a new summer treat.

The two Pittsburgh companies have teamed up for a new milk flavor: chocolate milkshake.

According to a social media post from Schneider’s Dairy, the drink will be made with real Sarris chocolate.

The mouthwatering new drink will be available July 2.

Kennywood is not hosting Phantom Fright Nights or Happy Hauntings this fall, according to park officials.

In a message posted on its calendar webpage, the park wrote it is due to Kennywood not opening until July 7 for season pass holders and July 11 for the public.

However, you can still get your dose of Kennywood this summer when it opens for guests July 7.

The Holiday Lights event is scheduled to return this year.

Pittsburgh native Michael Keaton could be returning as Batman in a new movie.

According to E! News, the Pittsburgh native is in talks to become the caped crusader again for not just one, but several upcoming films.

Keaton previously played Batman in the 1989 and 1992 films.

Ready for a dose of cuteness? The Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium celebrated the birth of its newest sea lion pup, Smiley.

Smiley was born June 10, and officials say they will soon further examine, weigh and determine the gender.

In the meantime, stop by the zoo for a smile because visitors are able to see the new pup on exhibit.
