‘This Is Us’ Milo Ventimiglia to give message ahead of Steelers-Ravens Thanksgiving matchup

Here we go! As if the Pittsburgh Steelers playing in the primetime Thanksgiving showdown between the Baltimore Ravens wasn’t enough for fans, “This Is Us” star Milo Ventimiglia is set to give an opening message ahead of the game.

According to a People Magazine exclusive, Ventimiglia’s virtual holiday greeting will feature Pittsburgh head coach Mike Tomlin, Baltimore head coach John Harbaugh and players from both teams.

What the message will be is a mystery until the Thursday night matchup on Channel 11. However, if you watch “This Is Us,” you know the show gives a plethora of nods to the Steel City, so we could see Pittsburgh favored.

The hit drama series is often centered in Pittsburgh, with many local mentions, especially about the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Ventimiglia’s character Jack is a born and raised Steelers fan with black and gold in his veins. We have seen him along with the rest of the Pearson family all sporting Steelers attire and waving the iconic Terrible Towel including Rebecca (Mandy Moore), Kevin (Justin Hartley), Kate (Chrissy Metz) and Randall (Sterling K. Brown).

Moore and Ventimiglia have even been to Heinz Field where they were guests at the 2017 Steelers Draft Party, announced the Steelers fourth-round draft pick and received personalized “Pearson” Steelers jerseys.
