Businesses in Latrobe preparing for influx of customers during Steelers training camp

LATROBE, Pa. — For businesses near St. Vincent College in Latrobe, the most wonderful time of the year has made its triumphant return.

The Steelers have returned to Latrobe for training camp this year after a two-year hiatus. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Steelers conducted training camp at Heinz Field (now Acrisure Stadium.) But this year, they’re back at their longtime training camp site, with practices open to ticket-holding members of the public on most days from July 27 through Aug. 18.
