See which Pittsburgh-area public company executives made the most

PITTSBURGH — The 40-plus public companies based in the Pittsburgh region had a total of 84 executives earning more than $2 million in compensation in the most recent fiscal year, based on filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Among those, 55 earned more than $3 million with the cutoff to make the annual List of 50 Highest-Paid Pittsburgh Area Public Company Executives at more than $3.3 million. There were six women in the top 50 and 13 among those earning more than $2 million.

Dick’s Sporting Goods had seven executives listed as topping $2 million, followed by II-VI, United States Steel Corp. and Wabtec Corp. with six. Six other companies had five executives earning $2 million-plus.
