Shake up in Oakland: OPDC board president, other board members resign

PITTSBURGH — Several board members have resigned from the Oakland Planning & Development Corp., with the board’s president raising several concerns.

However, those involved in the dispute gave differing accounts regarding the exact number of members who resigned as well as the reasons behind the resignations.
