Shipt launches massive holiday hiring push, looking to hire 50,000 nationally

PITTSBURGH — Shipt is making major moves to gear up for the holiday season.

The grocery delivery service company plans to onboard more than 50,000 shoppers to its national network this holiday season after seeing increased and early demand. This is in addition to the 100,000 shoppers that Shipt was adding nationwide this fall.

While the company is hiring shoppers nationally, there is an extra push to add thousands of shoppers in Grand Rapids, Michigan, as well as Detroit, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.
