PITTSBURGH — Walnut Grill is jumping into the ghost kitchen business announcing the formal launch of Ghost Chicken Kitchen, a new delivery-only venture operating out of established Walnut Grill locations.

After testing the venture with a soft launch out of select locations last November, Walnut Grill is now offering Ghost Chicken Kitchen out of all 10 of its restaurant locations, six in the Pittsburgh area and four in St. Louis.

The delivery-only ventures operate out of the established kitchens of Walnut Grill restaurants, offering a menu of hot chicken sandwiches and wings made to order and delivered by a variety of third-party services.
