HARRISBURG, Pa. — Officials with the Pennsylvania Game Commission are scheduled to outline which dates are open for Sunday hunting in the state after a new bill was put into law.

According to the draft agenda for the Game Commission’s next board meeting later this month, Sunday hunting is being proposed for Nov. 15 during the statewide archery season for deer and Nov. 29 during the statewide firearms season for deer.

For black bear, the board is proposing Nov. 22 for the statewide firearms season.

Gov. Tom Wolf signed a bill in late November that allowed the additional hunting days.
