Court documents said Sonny Lee Parker, 38, faces charges of corruption of minors, unlawful contact with minors, open lewdness, encouraging prostitution and indecent exposure. Parker is the executive director of the Mighty Cubs.

In the court papers, police said a family friend, the victim and the victim’s mother showed up to the department last week to report a sexual assault. The victim told investigators she often babysat Parker’s 9-month-old son. He had picked her up and driven her to his house. Later that morning, the victim said Parker texted her about making extra money and asking if she liked nice things. He asked the victim to switch over to SnapChat and watch a video.

The victim told police, according to court documents, that she became uncomfortable with the situation and called the family friend to pick her up. She said before the friend arrived, Parker reportedly walked downstairs in his bathrobe and exposed himself.

Police said they tried numerous avenues to make contact with Parker. He reportedly told a business associate he was leaving town.
