150 lbs. of raw meat, fish found in unrefrigerated food delivery truck

MAHONING TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Police said they made a disgusting discovery Wednesday night after stopping a food delivery truck from the Pittsburgh area.

Officials said the truck was pulled over on Route 422 in Mahoning Township, and that’s when officers found 150 pounds of raw meat and fish at over 60 degrees.

Investigators said the truck did not have a refrigeration unit.

According to police, the truck was headed to restaurants in Ohio.

Police said the company called NYWP Enterprise, located in McKees Rocks, will receive multiple violations.
