• 2 hurt in pair of overnight pedestrian accidents


    PITTSBURGH - Two people were hurt in a pair of pedestrian accidents early Friday morning.

    Investigators said the first incident happened around midnight in Larimer. Officers said a man was hit by a car on Paulson Avenue.

    The second accident was reported 20 minutes later in Oakland.

    Police said a woman was hit on Forbes Avenue.

    The names and conditions of the victims have not been released. So far, there is no word on any arrests.
