None - PITTSBURGH -- The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has begun a long-term closure of the Ambridge Aliquippa Bridge in Beaver County.
Crews will be performing steel repairs under the bridge deck and substructure work.
The closure will continue around-the-clock through mid-November, officials said.
According to PennDOT, the $16.6 million project to rehabilitate the 10-span structure includes rehabilitation, deck and sidewalk replacement, concrete spall repair, steel repair and replacement, railing, structural steel painting, bituminous pavement patching, pavement markings and other improvements.
Detours will be posted around the area to guide motorists.
