North Catholic soccer team quarantines for possible COVID-19 exposure

All 27 people involved with the North Catholic Varsity Boys Soccer Team will need to quarantine for 14 days.

The student athletes will continue their classes online, according to a news release, after the team was possibly exposed to the coronavirus during a recent match.

No one on the team has reported feeling sick.

“I am confident in the success of our remote synchronous learning program that these students will continue to be educated while at home and staying safe.  We hope to see them on the field soon,” said Michael Palcsey, North Catholic Principal.
