• Charges filed in Penn Township daylight burglaries

    PENN TOWNSHIP, Pa.,None - Police have charged one man in connection with several daylight burglaries in Penn Township  last month.
       

    Police said Marc Yanovich, 23, is responsible for burglarizing several homes in the community's Green Level area, where he lives.


    Officers said Yanovich was caught selling stolen valuables at a pawn shop.

    Michael Lapaglia is charged with receiving stolen property.


    Police said they also plan to file an additional burglary charge against Yanovich sometime Monday.
