Criminal complaint: Couple hog-ties, beats, shaves woman's head in Canton Twp. attack

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Pa. — Police in Canton Township, Washington County said they’re investigating an attack inside of a Charles Street home earlier this week.

According to the criminal complaint, the victim told police she went to the home of her friends Ronald Osko and Nicole Kass on Tuesdsay. The victim said after making a phone call, she wanted to leave but Osko refused. She said he then became agitated and pushed her onto a couch.

The criminal complaint goes on to say that Osko then began punching her in the face, causing her fall on a coffee table. The victim said Osko continued to punch and kick her in the head, feet and legs with steel-toed boots on.

The victim stated the Kass joined in the beating, and “cheered Osko on.”

Police said the pair also burned the victim with cigarettes, striped her of her clothes, hog-tied her and continued to hit her until she was unconscious.

The criminal complaint states that the victim’s head was also shaved. Additionally, police said the couple wrote on the victim’s body, drawing a swastika on her forehead and sexually assaulted her.

Police said the pair also attempted to “shave” a tattoo off of the victim’s body.

Osko and Kass were arrested Thursday and are facing several charges.

Osko faces aggravated assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, terroristic threats, conspiracy to commit unlawful restraint, simple assault and reckless endangerment.

Kass is facing aggravated assault, solicitation to commit involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, terroristic threats, conspiracy to commit unlawful restraint, simple assault and reckless endangerment charges.

Both remain in the Washington County Jail on $100,000 bond.
