ARMSTRONG COUNTY, Pa. — Police arrested a man in Armstrong County accused of duct-taping his 17-month-old son’s eyes.
According to police, Josh Miller then taped the toddler’s hand behind his back and took a picture of him.
Authorities said Miller is a facing a list of charges including endangering the welfare of a child.
Miller is being held in a local jail on $25,000 bond.
