Doctor accused of taking photo of unconscious patient's private area

A doctor who practiced in Washington County has been suspended after she was accused of taking pictures of an unconscious patient.

WASHINGTON, Pa. — A doctor who practiced in Washington County has been suspended after she was accused of taking pictures of an unconscious patient.

According to state investigators, Denise Gilman took a photo of a private body part of the patient with her phone because of an unusual tattoo she saw, and she then showed the photo to other people. The photo was later deleted.
